Aware MD

In September 2021, WELL Health acquired Aware MD, the provider of Cerebrum.

Cerebrum is a clinical software product for numerous disease specialties, utilized by healthcare specialists mainly in Ontario and is Canada’s largest cardiology specific outpatient EMR.

Cerebrum supports over 400 healthcare specialists, including over 300 cardiologists, who care for over 2 million patients in Ontario.

With Aware MD, WELL Health is adding to our Canadian EMR presence, with Cerebrum EMR joining Oscar Pro and Profile in the WELL EMR Group.
