Vancouver, B.C. – June 26, 2020 – WELL Health Technologies Corp. (TSX: WELL) (“WELL” or the “Company”) announces that in light of the COVID-19 public health emergency and related restrictions on gatherings, the Company intends to delay holding its annual general meeting of shareholders to a later date, but prior to December 31, 2020.
